Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. It explains important information about shopping with Chunzo Kids.

At Chunzo Kids, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@chunzookids.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special order items

  • Personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging and tags

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
